How to Personalise Bubble Tea Cans: Photos, Labels and Ordering

To personalise Tempo bubble tea cans, choose your can size, flavour and label design, then upload your image and add your text. Each pack contains five cans, so you can turn one personal idea into drinks to share.

The photo for your own personalised pack might already be sitting in your camera roll. Before you upload it, a few simple checks will help you decide whether it works on a label and make sure the order says exactly what you mean.

Choose your pack and flavour

Tempo’s personalised packs contain five cans in your choice of 330ml or 500ml, with five bamboo fibre straws included. Pick the size that suits how you plan to serve or share the drinks.

The flavour choices include Blue Grape, Strawberry, Mango, Mangoberry and Mixed Berry. There is also a Mixed Pack option on the personalised cans product page. Choose there so your flavour, size and design selections belong to the same personalised order.

If you are buying for someone else, ask about their flavour preferences and check the ingredients for any dietary requirements before choosing.

Pick a photo that works at a small size

Start with the clearest original version of your photo. If you have both the original and a screenshot from a group chat, use the original. You want the person or detail that matters to remain easy to recognise when the image is smaller.

Try this quick check: reduce the photo on your screen and look at it without zooming in. Can you still recognise the faces? Is the important detail clear, or does the background take over?

For example, if your favourite holiday photo has two friends in the foreground and a busy beach behind them, a closer crop may put the attention where you want it. Leave some breathing room around faces rather than cropping right against the edge.

Use an image you own or have permission to reproduce. If someone else is in the photo, choose one they would be comfortable seeing on the cans.

Uploading your own finished label design

Already made the whole design? The personalised product listing asks you to choose design 12 and upload a high quality version measuring 50mm wide by 75mm high.

Set up your artwork in those proportions from the start. Stretching a square design into a tall rectangle can distort both the photo and the words.

Before uploading, view or print a draft at 50mm by 75mm. Check whether the smallest text is readable and the main image still makes sense. This is a useful layout check, rather than a guarantee of the finished print colour.

Check the words separately from the picture

A good photo can distract you from a spelling mistake sitting right beside it. Read the text on its own once before you submit it.

Check names, nicknames, dates and any year you have included. Keep a longer message in the card so the label has room to breathe.

Your final order checklist

Before checking out, confirm these five details:

• The can size, flavour selection and number of packs are correct. Each pack contains five cans.

• You have selected the intended design, including design 12 if you are uploading your own finished artwork.

• The uploaded file is the final version you want to use.

• Names, dates and wording are correct.

• The delivery details and current dispatch guidance fit the date you plan to give or enjoy the drinks.

Plan when the drinks will be enjoyed

You can prepare the artwork ahead of time, then plan the drinks order around the day you will give or serve them. Check the current production and delivery guidance, and follow the best before date supplied with your order.

For maximum freshness, we recommend storing your cans in the fridge. If refrigeration is unavailable, keep unopened cans in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within three days.
