Our bubble tea cans are made with premium tea concentrate packed with antioxidants and popping boba packed with natural fruit flavours. They are also low in sugar, calories and enriched with B vitamins and Vitamin C making them a much healthier alternative to your regular bubble tea.

 

2. How long do the bubble tea cans stay fresh?

Our teas stay fresh for up to 21 days after we've made them, ensuring maximum flavour when they arrive at your door. To maintain this freshness, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

 

3. Do I need to refrigerate the bubble tea cans?

For the best results, we recommend refrigerating them. Once opened, enjoy within 3 days for the optimal taste experience!

 

4. Are your bubble tea cans and kits vegan-friendly?

Yes! All our bubble tea products, including the popping boba, are 100% vegan.

 

5. Are the bubble tea cans and kits gluten-free?

Yes! Our products are gluten-free, making them suitable for those with gluten intolerances.

 

6. What’s included in the bubble tea home kits?

Our home kits include premium tea concentrate, popping boba, straws, and easy-to-follow instructions so you can enjoy bubble tea at home.

 

7. How many servings do the bubble tea home kits make?

We offer two sizes for our bubble tea home kits, depending on the kit you choose. Our ‘serves 5’ kit includes 1 bottle of tea concentrate and 1 bottle of popping boba, while the ‘serves 10’ kit comes with 2 of each.

 

8. How long do the ingredients in the home kits last?

The shelf life of the tea and toppings in our home kits is 6 months. We recommend storing the kits in a cool dry place out of sunlight. Once opened, store in refrigerator and use within one month.

Simply visit tempoteabar.com, select your favourite bubble tea cans or home kits, add them to your basket, and proceed to checkout!

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay.

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the UK and the Isle of Man. All UK (excluding Northern Ireland) orders over £30 qualify for free shipping.

 

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, depending on the day you place your order. Please note that public holidays may affect delivery times. 

 

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel via Yodel’s website or the Yodel Parcel Tracker app.

 

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@tempoteabar.com with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

 

8. What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
