At Tempo, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products, including our delicious perishable goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once items have been dispatched.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards. If you encounter any issues or concerns with your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly address any valid complaints and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Subscribers who want to cancel their subscription must do so before their credit card is charged. Cancellation requests received after the charge are not guaranteed based on when the request is received. If the order has already been processed in our warehouse it can no longer be canceled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
