Orders within the UK (excluding NI) that are £40 and over qualify for free shipping.

Unfortunately, many couriers charge higher rates for shipping to Northern Ireland due to logistical reasons which is why we have to set a standard fee for those orders. This isn’t something we control, but we’ve tried to balance things by absorbing some of these extra costs ourselves to reduce the impact on our customers.

What actually is popping boba?

Little juice filled pearls that burst when you bite them. They sit in the bottom of the bottle, and you get them all the way through the drink. Chewy tapioca pearls are the other kind you might have had, ours are the poppy sort.

Do I need to keep them in the fridge?

No, which surprises most people. They're perfectly happy in a cupboard, so a box of 12 does not need to take over your fridge. Chill one before drinking if you like it cold, and give it a shake first either way.

How long do they keep?

Current stock is best before 6th October 2026, so there's plenty of time to work through a box of 24. That's part of why we're running this offer, we'd rather they were enjoyed than sat in a warehouse.

Are they alright for kids?

Yes. They're low in sugar and low in calorie with added B and C vitamins, which is why parents tend to be happier about these than most bubble tea. They're vegan and gluten free too.

How does the free box work?
