Orders within the UK (excluding NI) that are £30 and over qualify for free shipping.
Unfortunately, many couriers charge higher rates for shipping to Northern Ireland due to logistical reasons which is why we have to set a standard fee for those orders. This isn’t something we control, but we’ve tried to balance things by absorbing some of these extra costs ourselves to reduce the impact on our customers.
We currently ship on weekdays only (Monday- Friday). Your orders can take between 3-7 working days to arrive (excluding public holidays), depending on the day you place your order & the shipping option you qualify for, so please bear that in mind when ordering.
If it has been over 7 days since it's been shipped and your order has still not arrived, please contact Yodel about your parcel.
